Quick and easy installation. The people who came were friendly. The only complaint I have is they removed the plastic on the TV without asking. There was still renovation work going on in the house and I didn't want the dust to pile up on the TV.

The Geek Squad install team did a fantastic job professionally mounting and leveling the TV. They were very careful and had all the right tools with them.

Two men showed on time and were very professional . They set my 85 Hisense tv in no time and were able to set the tv up and did a great job.

The agents removed old tv and replaced with new one and completely set up all the technology associated with it. They were knowledgeable and most pleasant as they performed the task of installation.

Delivery and set up went great. They were in and out mounting The 75" Samsung Frame TV within an hour which by myself would have taken me probably 5 hours and probably a broken TV or wall. I normally try to do/install things on my own but I knew I would have needed the proper drywall screws to accommodate such a large, heavy TV and I likely didn't have the right hardware to do so. Also I didn't want to risk trying to purchase the TV in store and try to fit it into my SUV. Since I was already getting delivery it just seemed practical to have them install too. So it was totally worth the cost. They were professional and were also mindful of my floors, walls, and furniture.

The Geek Squad delivery and mounting of my new TV was great. Very quick and done correctly. I have a Geek Squad membership so it cost just $25. I'm getting older and no longer have a strong kid around to help. So why risk damage swapping out TVs when it cost just $25.

The Second Geek Squad remounted the TV correctly and did an excellent job of getting the sound bar placed, adjusted, connected to the TV. They were courteous, friendly and professional!

Very happy that the agents installed my 65 inch tv instead of me doing it. John had it up in no time, cleaned up and showed us how everything worked before he left. He took his time and answered all our questions and made sure we understood before he left.

They were so nice and so quick. They stayed around until the TV could be tested at all angles, making adjustments as they saw as needed.

The tv was easy to set up. I did not do any adjustments to the picture. it is the perfect size for my bedroom.

Techs came out and mounted the tvs. They made sure the tvs were leveled to our request and continued to readjust based on lighting, fireplace wall and all other factors. The mounts looked sturdy and solid. They also took the time to show us how to adjust the mounts if we ever want to move them.
