The agents mounted my TV and connected to all of my devices as needed. They were quite professional, courteous and clean. Overall they did an excellent job that was above my expectations

Appointment was easy to set up. They were a little late showing up but were super fast when they got here. The agents brought the TV and wall mounts I had purchased, installed them quickly and neatly. They also made sure that they worked with my older sound system. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

I had one of the Geek squad guys come out to mount my TV and they did a fantastic job. It was covered under my total tech membership and basically paid for the membership with the service.

The 3 young guys mounted my TV quickly and made sure my FireStick was hooked up and working. They were very professional. Gave me an overview of features. Cleaned up all packing materials and vacuumed while drilling to limit the mess.

We purchsed our TVs in Watertown, MA but had them delivered to our APt in Florida and was installed with the Geek squad. The Tech was knowledgeable and did a great job

After setting up delivery and installation online three times and having no one show up, finally on the fourth try the Geek squad finally arrived and set up the new TV, but they failed to instruct my husband on use of the remote. He needed me to guide him for weeks. Bummer!

The technicians who delivered and wall-mounted my LG CX 77" were absolutely phenomenal! They both were extremely knowledgeable and made the process look extremely easy. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone else looking to buy a TV at Best Buy!

These guys are top notch. Very professional. They had the old TV down and the new one up in 15 minutes. On the set up of the new TV I have never seen anyone click so rapidly through the menus. Amazing
