Did amazing and got the job done within a decent time

The agents arrived at my house right on time. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. They mounted up my tv perfectly and made sure everything worked before leaving.

Have a new wall mount available may need extra screws or larger mount

The geek squad guy not only mounted myvtv but connectred all the gizmos correctly with no cords showing. Moved tv andcreconnected into another room too!

The 2 associates that mounted 2 large TV and speaker were fantastic. Friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient and made sure everything worked perfectly and we knew how to operate the equipment.

They did a great job putting up the wall mount and also mounting the television and it looks really good.

Chris is VERY efficient, highly qualified and a speaks to you - not at you. He was thorough when explaining the many features on the new TV; reprogrammed all of our remotes; and checked out each piece of our equipment to make sure it was compatible and working with the new TV. He also arrived on time and cleaned up after himself.

Looks like an excellent TV mount. Turns out, my old mount worked just fine thanks to the Geek Squad's excellent technician, so I returned this product.

Highly recommend Geek squad for installation. Pays to have them to do install especially delivery.

The technician was polite and very knowledgeable about hooking up my TV and receiver, along with my old blueray player and my U-Verse box. When everything was installed and up and running, he thoroughly went through step by step how to operate my new TV and all the other components.
