Both agents were very helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all our questions. They also gave us tips on getting all the benefits of our new TV and Roku to get the best picture available. Excellent!

Geek squad did incredible job installing this TV mount. Extremely easy and lots of full range of motion to move the television into the optimal viewing position. I have this located over a fireplace and it gives me full extension and clean cord management.

Easy setup. Good tv, with being mounted in the best spot in my living room. Would shop Best Buy again, and recommend the Geek Squad setup for a new tv.

Geek squad is very profesional. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable and fast to set up all my devices. I’ve used them before and will continue to use them. They set up 5 TVs this last time in about an hour and a half. They set up my directv and also any game systems I had.

They jumped right into the task of replacing the old TV and quickly had everything organized and proceeded to set up my sound bar and showed us "how" to find programs and aps.

The agent was great, he mounted the tv on the wall with ease. He was very informative and easy to talk to. He also reprogrammed a remote for a tv in another room which I asked him if it was possible for him to do before he leaves. I would always use the Geek Squad.

Fantastic mounting of my new 77 inch LG G1 77 inch TV. Best Buy did everything from installing in wall cables, attaching the wall mount and hanging the TV. It was a very professional job and I would definitely use this service again.

Installer was on time, asked where we wanted TV mounted in the kitchen, brought all proper equipment, and cleaned up work area after TV was installed. Would definitely recommend Geek Squad as service was excellent. Only negative was additional (substantial) cost to mount TV wall mount on outside concrete wall.

What a great job the guys did ! The tv wires were all hidden in a timely manner, making the tv that was hung earlier really look clean n free from those messy wires just hanging there. And making the room have a much cleaner look. Thanks guy !!

Once again Geek squad to the rescue! They arrived promptly, were very polite, professional and experienced. They kept me updated of the process and when completed had everything cleaned up and looking as if they weren’t even there.

The agents provided great service. Job required drilling through very hard tiles. They had the proper tools and did good work.

The installer was fantastic. He carefully reviewed options for the installation with me and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend the Geek Squad installers!

Unfortunately the TV broke soon after initial installation but Dave called back with possible corrective action - to no avail. New TV brought in and now works fine. Additionally I was able to talk to the second installer (Mike), after an update changed the viewing settings on the TV. Overall I'm well satisfied with the install.

The Geek Squad handled themselves professionally and were pleasant to work with. The job was done well, and they even took time to explain how to use the new TV!

The guys that installed our tv were GREAT. we could have hung the tv ourselves but AFTER that the tv did not work. So grateful they installed it and documented the tv was faulty. Best Buy had another tv brought out a couple days later and the old one returned to the store. Made things easier for us!!!
