The Geek Squad member was incredibly helpful. Got the tv up very fast and helped me get through the set up!

Technician showed up on time. Was in and out in a timely manner. Made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. Even received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was still good!

The agent arrived on time and with a smile! He quickly mounted the wall mount and TV for an elderly disabled gentlemen. The patience and professionalism- knowledge of the TV features and settings and remote uses- which were incredibly important as the customer needed simplified use and set up! The agent kindly explained, listened and chatted with the customer not because he had to- because he was a true professional. Highly recommend! The level of service exceeded expectations for the customer and his family who purchased the tv and install remotely as a gift.

There were two Best Buy installers they came to install my television. I was very impressed at the ease in which they were able to do it. At first I was going to do it myself but my wife talked me into having it done. I am glad that I did because I could see where I would’ve run into some issues that I was unaware of.

The Geek Squad installed my 85 inch TV and mounted it on the Wall. Staff was very professional and took care to clean up and remove all trash. They also insured that all devices worked and were connected. Very polite and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable.

David arrived on time and was very pleasant. He was careful with the area around my furniture and explained how the wall mount could be tilted etc. He was helpful with my questions.

Mounted tv on wall; then showed me connections to various devices, including the internet. Was shown how to use the remote control - not so obvious without a great explanation.

The technicians were very professional and installed two TVs. They performed the installations in a clean and safe manner, protecting the floor and keeping drywall dust to a minimum while drilling a hole in the wall! The two techs worked well as a team.

Geeksquad has never let me down. Although I’ve unfortunately had bad luck with very high end Samsung TVs, Geeksquad has always tried to go above and beyond for me.
