Phil & Tim mounted 2 tvs and they were awesome! They programmed all our devices and even covered the wires with the cords covers my husband was preparing to do(thank God). They were very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing, very quick & clean. Awesome Awesome work!!

This service is totally worth the money. If you've never mounted a TV on the wall by yourself before, don't even hesitate. Just add to your order when getting a new TV. I've mounted several TV's myself, and it's a pain. Especially with larger TV's. I bought this service when I bought a 75" TV, and when the box for that TV arrived at my house, I was SO glad I bought the installation as well. I never realized how big a 75" TV was until I had one sitting in the floor in my livingroom. Big, expensive, and awkward to handle. Just pay the professionals.

This was my first time receiving service via a Geek Squad team member. I was so impressed. There was great care to ensure everything was seviced correctly. Glad i bought the Geek Squad service subscription.

The agents took down the mounted tv and laid it on padding they brought with them. They then connected the new soundbar mount with soundbar to the tv wall mount. It all went smoothly and quickly.

The installers put up the mount quickly and exactly how high I wanted it and centered how I wanted it. I like how I can tilt the tv down and aim it to one side when I need it to.

Geek Squad was great! They had to deliver and install a large tv upstairs and they were great and getting the job done. They were also very informative about future upgrades.

Geek Squad did an awesome job installing my 65 inch TV over my fireplace. They had the expertise to get the job done perfectly and in a surprisingly short period of time. I could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Geek Squad installers to anyone.

We purchased a soundbar for our large screen tv and decided to use the Best Buy Geek Squad to take down our tv, install the soundbar, and then re-mount our large tv. They arrived on time as scheduled and were very polite and did a great job. We were very impressed and glad we hired this service.

The installers were very knowledgable and very courteous and I was overall happy with their ability to mount and install such a large TV, but I noticed after they left that they left two large dents on the cabinet tops directly below the TV. If not for this damage to my cabinets, I would have given 5 stars.

We have a 77 inch OLED that was just too big and awkward to put up without getting finger prints on the screen. We didn’t wanna risk ruining our screen so we hired Best Buy to come in and do it. Money well spent as they put the tv at the perfect height and did it all pretty quickly. Definitely recommend if you have a tv you don’t want to ruin.
