Geek Squad staff installed our wall mount and our 55 inch LG tv. They also ensured it was set up to receive a great picture. Our old tv was recycled too. The tech did a great job and we were very pleased

The installer was quick and very efficient. He had our 75 inch TV mounted in about 20 minutes. Cleaned everything and the tv was ready for our new years eve party.

Agents did a great job, the only thing they did not due was hook up the HDMI cord that I ordered, because they said that they were not given the cord from the store. Call the store to report the problem and got a refund for missing HDMI cord.

Everything was done with precision working as a team. The one thing that was questionable was the assumption that I had Comcast. It was suggested I get a new Comcast box to make the picture better, but I didn't need that.I changed the setting to Direct TV and it was fine.

They were very helpful and resourceful. Asked question before installing the TV mount. Showed us different options and other items to make the installation correctly. We were very satisfied.
