The agent who mounted my TV was fantastic, professional and knowledgeable.

The guys that came and installed and hung our televisions were nothing short of awesome. The cleaned up after themselves and were good to explain what they were doing and how to operate the televisions after they were finished. I highly recommend them.

Tech was great and so is the new TV the install was easy and the Tech walked me thru the set up and he did a great job. Thank you….

After scheduling two weeks in advance, they were late so we had to reschedule - then for $200 all they did was screw the mount into the back of the TV - a 3 minute job for $200. WOW! Why didn't I do it myself? I was in Dallas, or I would have! I figured that for $200, they would do a good job. The new TV screw holes are higher than the old TV screw holes, but do you think that for $200 Geek Squad would mount the TV's even? Nope! The installer said he would even them out if we pay him more, but $200 should have been enough to do a good job. I wasn't going to keep throwing money away. I scheduled someone else to come and make the TV's even. (and they didn't charge $200). I will NEVER use Geek Squad again, and I'm an ElitePlus member (Over $5000 per year spent) at Best Buy. I need to find a new place to buy my TV's, tablets, phones and computers. It is sad that when someone spends over $1400 for a TV and install, and Geek Squad gives them this embarrassment! They mounted the tv exactly how I wanted it and made sure that I was satisfied.

Not sure who I am giving review on... If it is Best Buy & The Geek Squad and Total Tech Support staff think I Love them! Always there. Always helpful. Not so happy with third party contracted out individuals. On the two occasions they came to my house, first to install the 75” Hisense TV, and second, to correct a sagging mount, they were not nearly as friendly or helpful. First visit, was told to expect them to help setup TV and show me how to operate. Problem was internet services guy was late, and installing their service while TV was being mounted. If the TV installers had waited just five mins, they would have had the time to finish their job by completely setting the TV up for me (this is my first Smart TV & I knew nothing about them) and they could have finished the service that I expected to receive. But they ran out the door as soon as they could, w/no explaining. Then today, because TV was drooping to the right so bad, and I had to wait for several weeks to get another set of contracted guys to come out, it was even worse. The main guy had to keep calling “someone” sending pics and asking how to do the job. They made a mess, physically, because they had to reposition the mount, drilling several holes, scratching paint off my wall where they kept “dragging” the edges of the TV along the walls, didn’t have to correct tools, (I had some I loaned them), took FOREVER, and when they so called “finished” it was no better than before! I had worked for days positioning the modem, cable box and power supply strip so they could be mounted to the back of the TV w/only the cable cords showing and they were supposed to put a cable cover on, which I provided. Too long of a story, but they made a Complete MESS of the cables when they reattached everything to the back and the TV still dropped on the right side. All the work, time, and mess for nothing! When I gently complained, they just said, “that’s the way it would have to be.” I starred at them as they flipping said, “Is there anything else we can do, because we need to get to our next job?” I basically said “You didn’t repair the problem you came to repair,’” and then I watched them turn, say goodbye and walk out the door! I stood in shock for a few mins - then called Best Buy’s Total Tech Support guys, told them everything that happened and they have promised to get someone else to come and take care of this situation. I am trusting that they will.

Alex and Mike helped me get my 85 inch TV mounted and operational. Alex also told me about the in home consulting service. Brian came out and sold us some amazing indoor and outdoor sound equipment Love the service

They quickly removed an old (90 lb) TV, replaced the mounts and installed the new TV and then even set up the remote. No mess, just quickly and easily got things switched over. Very nice.

Called ahead of the scheduled time and asked to come early! this was great to not have to wait around all day. Once there they did a great job on the over the fireplace mount and hook up of components. So happy with the install!

Best tech install team around!! Geek squad kept me updated on their arrival, took extra care to prevent any damage to my home, and installed my new TV without issue. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The men that were excellent they kept me informed of their arrival time. They were also nice, great at the install and informative. Excellent service over all.

This was to remove (raise) an existing TV wall mount. Anthony Donaldson did a good job with the installation, but he was a few hours later than scheduled.

The Installers were personable, they explained the setup step by step and answered all my questions. They also help me set up the TV's Google apps.

Geek squad connected everything, mounted the tv and sound bar on the wall. went through the remote carefully pointing out the most important buttons. Everything went smoothly and is still perfect. love our new tv and soundbar.

Amazing work both very friendly helpful clean profess the one regret wish i had the install at least 6 inches moved over to the right . But all other very happy.
