The agents mounted the tv to the wall and connected to all devices. They also had to re-route the Directv cable in the basement, running it up through the wall and did so with minimal disturbance to anything.

Everything was done great just had to switch out tv the photo one did not fit mounted on the wall so they took it back I believe still waiting on a refund on it as well!

The geek squad team who installed 2 flat panel tv's-one over a fireplace and another on wall in large bedroom, did a wonderful job and installed the mounts perfectly centered and where I wanted them to be. I do a lot of things myself. This isn't one of them. If I'm buying a large TV and mounting it on a wall, I prefer to hire professionals to do the job. They were polite and quick in setting it up. They stayed a bit to show my father the features of the TV

the guys came in and took down my old tv and removed the bracket and rehung my new tv. they were very professional and respectful of my property. great people

Forgot i never wrote this. Guys were in and out easily and cleaned up after their work. set the TV at the desired height which was above 8ft and showed how the mount works for my knowledge. worth the service than any mishandling on self-effort.

They take the time to assist and make the TV install a breeze. I bought 86 inch TV and my original location is making the TV too low. The geek Squad take time to adjust the TV so it is in perfect location. Thank you so much!!
