The agent mounted my tv and connected my devices fast and efficiently

The TV was delivered and set up professionally. It was wall mounted perfectly. All the functions were shone to me to be sure I was able to use the TV and enjoy ALL that this TV has to offer. I could not be more satisfied or expressed with the time it took to set it up and have it working properly. The guys are provessionals. Thanks! Could not ask for anything more.

Agents were really helpful. They came and mounted my tv fast and help me set up everything.

Fast and efficient tv mounting. They went the extra mile and installed my speakers into my receiver. Turned out that the sound from the rear speakers was terrible and i had to disconnect the whole thing. Plus, since they spliced the wires, I was not able to set up the whole surround sound I had previously had upstairs. So the sub, sound bar and rear speakers were useless to me and mi had to buy a whole new sound bar. Now i have wires running all over the wall and does not look like it was professionally installed at all.

The installers did a great job of mounting the tv. Not happy that they recommended putting an outlet behind the tv as it was unnecessary. I didn’t realize it was unnecessary until I went to install the sound bar. The hdmi cable would have been better concealed going directly from tv to sound bar. I still need to connect the cord to the surge protector. The tv cord would have reached the surge protector without the need of th outlet. I’m still going to conceal the wires with some plants or something.

We loved the first one so much we bought a 2nd. Our electrician bought the same model and so did my dad. Great clarity in locations with windows and lots of light.

Phillip & Andrew were a good team. They measured and installed the in-wall speakers, pulled all of the cables, and routed then to the AVR. Lastly, they did a really clean tie-up of all of the cables. They were equally effective with installing the TV mount and hanging the TV, a 77" Sony Bravia. This is not easy, especially in existing construction. They were well organized and communicated professionally. And the end result is terrific. I look forward to having the two of then back for our additional TV purchase and installation.

I can’t say enough positive things about the 2 fellows who installed my TV…. They called when they were on the way, were in time, were efficient, were pleasant, cleaned up after themselves, returned the bracket that I purchased and didn’t end up needing for me, and texted me to confirm the return the next day. They were beyond 5 stars!!

They called in advance of coming and did a great job mounting our 82 inch TV. They explained everything thoroughly and we are very happy with our purchase and install.

The TV and the mount are older models. The space Where I won’t the tv mounted was along side the window and in the corner of the room. So it turned into a job well done!!!!
