The power source on my high end Sony TV went within a year of purchase. Sony would replace the power unit, but would not remove the tv and replace on the wall. After the power unit was replaced the Geek squad came out to remount and relevel the TV and to tie the bundle of cords behind the TV.

David was excellent. There was a mix up on delivery but he made sure all items were available and kept me updated till he arrived. Did a great job of installing TV, sound bar and wall bracket
