Very professional and quick. Was watching my new 85 in sony tv in no time!!

Adam was excellent at installing my TV. He is very well versed in the area and took a lot of time explaining how to get the most out my TV.

Delivery was later than the window they originally quoted me the day before that's why only 4 stars. Once they got to my house they were pretty good. Installed my new tv and moved my older tv to another room. Clean, wore their masks and were happy to explain how to use the remote on the new tv.

Geek Squad worked with me to make sure that installs at all 5 locations we needed helped were taken care of within a 2 week window.

Well I had 2 things done in 2 different locations. First in Hialeah Florida, wow this was a “Crew”. Awesome. Second was in Bronx, they we’re good as well. It’s just the first team awesome me. Question who can I talk to, in order to place a big complaint????

My installer was just great, making suggestions that were totally relevant to the tv being installed. Just a great person. Set up my remote,got zoo my apps up and running
