Chris and his associate were great with setting up the television in my home. Great job fellas! They were quick and efficient and very helpful with showing me how to use everything.

Very prompt for appt. Extremely professional, polite, and informative! Cleaned up everything before leaving. Technician new product well and answered questions. Made sure I knew how to operate before they left.

The third party crew was efficient, not at all explanatory about what.they are doing. It was not their fault that their instructions were incomplete. They didn't install the outlet on wall behind the TV. Cords are now hanging freely, not tucked away. They weren't told the TV was to be installed over fireplace but they did hang it there. They were irritated by this issue and the fact that I was mad. At end, I was quickly taken through functions of the TV and soundbar. They took all packaging away. Would have been nice to have some info on the mounting frame. It should tilt downward but it doesn't. So I took a star off for that.

Professionalism, fast and easy looking process of the installation TV to the wall. First what impressed me is the level of excellent communication. When he walked inside the apartment, he wears the shoe covers to protect the floor from damaging and getting dirty. We had very nice and pleasant conversation, well educated in his field. Experienced, respectful, neat , quick, done the job with a minimum possible amount of dirt and surprisingly left the work place very clean after installing the Tv on the drywall.
