This was to remove (raise) an existing TV wall mount. Anthony Donaldson did a good job with the installation, but he was a few hours later than scheduled.

The agents did a great job installing and leveling the TV as well as setting up the streaming service. Both agents were courteous and they were efficient and quick.

The technician was very courteous and professional. I'm a disabled person and require added help with most things. My Geek Squad Technician readily offered assistance. I'm totally happy with the service I was provided.
