GeekSquad is awesome! They were very professional, and when a problem arose on my end they very helpfully found me a speedy solution while still on the job!

Paid for delivery, mounting and setup at the premium price $149.99 and was told that hauling away the old tv would be extra, be aware that the premium price does not include hauling the old tv away. I chatted with Best Buy several times and that’s what they told me.

The install date was changed with no notification to me. I found out about it when I called the night before the delivery was supposed to occur. When the rescheduled date arrived, only one member of the two man team showed up. The one who showed up gets a five, but the overall rating suffers because of the schedule foulup and the no-show.

The mounting and setup service from The Geek Squad was super. They explained everything, got my input on how I wanted the settings, asked how we use the tv and streaming devices, and took care of everything from tying up the cords to carefully removing the old screen and packaging. Friendly, fun, worth every penny.

He was on time, polite, and very professional. He mounted the TV with lots of consideration.

The two guys came to install my 75 inch tv and did it really fast. They took away the trash and box that came with the tv but at the end they didn't answer all my questions for I felt they were in a rush to get to other appointments. They do ask you how you want the tv set up and help you envision after the setup.

The Geek Squad team was awesome. Not only where they on time the were professional and respectful. The consulted me on all aspect of mounting process. And after the mounting was complete, the walked me through the setup and apps that came with my tv.

Home theater department was able to help me and set my allotment for TV installation.

I had two TVs mounted simultaneously, and the Geek Squad agents worked fast and made it look easy. In what would have taken my husband a good 4-5 hours, the two agents were in and out in less than 1. Highly recommend Geek Squad for all of your home theater needs!

We weren’t exactly sure where we should mount the TV on the wall, so Geek Squad took the time to help us measure and try different spots, until we found the one that worked. They were very knowledgeable and their expertise helped make the installation run smoothly.

Jarod Heintz was my installer! He was so fast getting my 75” TV mounted and he took the time to walk me thru the set up. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as explaining all the functions the TV offered. He listened intently to any conveniences I requested from my TV and he educated me on how to access them if I wanted to make any further changes! My TV’s technology was intimidating at first but he made it very easy for me! I would be stumbling around had Jarod not been here to make it such a pleasurable and educational experience!
