Fast clean and a job well done, sometimes you need to get the job done by people that know how to donit right the first time

The agent that came and mounted my tv was very nice. He was thorough and made sure I was happy with everything before he left.

They had to get a new item to install on the wall I just didn’t have the time to go over the product and turned out to be much more expensive than the original product

The Geek Squad agents were great. Mounted 3 TVs and 2 sounders in quick order. The store did not sell me the correct mount for one of the TVs but they had it on the truck. They set up the TVs and all my streaming and made sure everything was good to go and I understood the remotes. They were professional and competent

Tom was on time, knowledge, listened to my desires, used booties and carpet pad, very pleasant, finished work in a reasonable time, cleaned up and made sure that I was satisfied with his work. If all the Geek Squad techs are like Tom, the cost is well worth it. Would recommend him.

Geek Squad crew delivered TV. Took down old TV and took away. Hung new TV and tested to make sure it worked. Very nice young men.

Samsung is much better quality picture wise and sound wise it’s very low definitely need a sound bar.
