The service was very professional, no mess behind everything clean and neat.

Great service. Agents were in and out in an hour. Very courteous and competent. We have a 75 inch tv and would not have been able to do this as quickly. Plus, the tv is heavy!

The two gentlemen that cam to install my 75 inch tv were very knowledgeable, punctual, and super efficient. They had my tv installed and programmed lickity split! Super professional! Will use Geek Squad going forward for any installs.

Best Buy’s Geek Squad team mounted my television in less then 1 hour. After my TV was mounted on the wall, they explained all details and left the area cleaned as if they was never there. Great job Geek Squad!

The geek squad guys arrived earlier than planned! Installing was a breeze, and I forgot to order a mount but luckily they had extras. They made several great recommendations for accessories and protection plans.

Geoff and associate first came out to consult with us regarding a new home theater setup. They gave great advice with suggestions that would work great for us while saving us money. Once we decided on our course of action and bought the equipment they came out and set it all up. Then spent the time explaining all the ins and out of operation. They did not leave until all our questions were answered. They were amazing from start to finish.

My installer went above and beyond. He did an excellent job, was on time and friendly and made sure to do an excellent job explaining what he did, then left the area very clean.
