The guys that installed my 82 inch TV did a great job they were very helpful they set up my stereo and all my control devices I was very angry with Best Buy and they changed my attitude

Very happy with the service that Travis and his partner provided. They made the wiring behind our TV all invisible! And mounted our sound bar under the TV seamlessly. Very satisfied and would use them again

Richard is a perfectionist! He doesn’t leave until everything is working as it should. He had to re-do some work that someone else had done and spent as much time as necessary to make it perfect. I highly recommend him!

I had the geek squad install and I am glad I did it tilts swivels and you can extend out at least a foot plus. I purchased a outdoor tv and tv bracket perfect fit for what I had the geek squad do

The gentleman who mounted my TV was great. Very personable and friendly. He was quick to install and mount the TV. Even went out of his way to help me get the old one back. I was impressed he could mount the 86 by himself.

A great decision to buy this mount at an affordable price. The Geek Squad did all the work and they were outstanding in setting up my new TVand mounting it on the wall.

Excellent! Can’t enough! Both televisions were mounting perfectly and exactly where and how I wanted.

Installation went very well and very happy with everything but we had a fire stick on the old TV that disappeared and when I called the person who installed it to find out where her put it I never received a call back. We would have liked it back for another TV!!!

Geek Squad installed our 82" Samsung QLED 4K UHD, HDR and Sound Bar System in our great room. He also came back a month later to calibrate the TV and it made a world of difference in picture quality and sound compared to factory default settings.

Great customer service. Perfect installation! Very helpful with installing apps on my TV and explaining how to use the remote control etc.

First of all I want to say that my installer was great and he got my TV up pretty quickly the day he came. The part that I didn't know when I paid for the mounting service was that Best Buy now outsources this service to 3rd party installers contracted through Best Buy. They're not actually "Geek Squad" people who come out to your house to do it anymore. Not that it really made a difference but it would have been good to know that up front before I started getting calls from people I didn't know trying to talk to me about my TV installation. At the end of the day the guy who did my install was great and he was very professional and courteous throughout the process.

Amazing service. The guys that came to my home were so respectful. They were friendly, generous, funny, and worked so casually and carefully to mount my new tv. He even swept up the little white styrofoam when they were done!

Agents did a great job with installation. Highly recommend so you don't have to do it yourself.
