They were great. Very friendly and done quickly. Took all the trash. You guys need people like this doing the installs.

Was installed by the Geek squad so it was easy for me looks good on the wall. My advise is let the geek squad install it.

Arrived on time and worked quickly while telling me what I needed to do.

The Installation crew began by asking to review my expectations for the service call. They listened and asked for added clarification as needed. After installing the new TV they reviewed operating systems.

They mounted my tv and connected it to the cable box and an old dvd/vcr player I have. They set up the tv and made sure everything worked. They showed me how the remote worked and set up my tv with my wifi too.

Definitely glad we hired the Geek Squad to properly install the wall mount and our new TV. No sense leaving this to chance. They showed up on time, did the work and were very professional. Bravo!

This is the greatest tv wall mount that you could ever buy. It’s awesome because it holds up to a 95 inch tv so if I want to upgrade in the future to a bigger tv I can without buying another stand.

They took time to setup the TV and answered all the questions that I had for them and the TV.

I've had some "just OK" installation experiences with Best Buy, but this last installation experience was just perfect. The installers showed up on time, were neat and tidy during the job and with the clean-up, and went the extra mile to make sure the installation was perfect. I had an existing mount that was being reused. Rather than just slapping the new TV on the existing mount as-is, they noticed that the location of mount would result in the new TV being a little too high as compared with the TV being replaced. They took their time, removed the mount, reinstalled it at the better height, tested it and then hung the new TV. Once the new TV was installed, they waited for the updates to finish, made sure it was working properly, showed me how to use it, then left. So, they could have been in and out in 15 minutes, but instead took an hour and a half to do the job right. Very impressed.

I paid the extra money to have the BestBuy installation team come and install my son's new smart TV and full swivel mounting bracket and it was the best money spent. I didn't have to worry about getting someone to install it and they stand by their work.

Setup was fast and clean. Courteous and professional. Explained and guided me through the setup of the tv and suggestions for additional upgrades when I may need them.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of work plus advice we received when we had to choose a different size TV because of not enough space to fit the original size.
