The agents removed my tv, then suggested a much larger tv that was on sale.They picked it up from the store, mounted it, and showed me how to use it all in a very short time. I was delighted!

The technicians that mounted the tv were on time, took time to not bring any dirt into the house, put on their shoe covers immediately, were efficient in their time management and professionally went through the setup after the mounting was done

The Geek Squad mounted both TV's in record time. They were friendly and very efficient. They made sure I was satisfied with each wall mount location before they started. Robert and Nate did an awesome job connecting our TVs They set up an Amazon Fire Tv and did some troubleshooting on a Samsung TV that wasn’t recording to the TiVO. Very respectful and professional.

The install looks great! Quick set up and the installer was very professional and knowledgeable with his work.

The agents were very courteous and mounted the tv without difficulty. We have had problems with our Harmony remote and they are supposed to return to replace that device. It is just taking a bit longer than we hoped.

Geek squad is the best! At my age I just can't do what i used to. I had them install 2 new TV's and they did a wonderful job, very professional and in and out in a timely manner. Definetly the way to go to have it installed properly.

The guys were on time and very professional! They were able to install without any issues and reattach all my devices to the tv! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! It saved me time and effort by having them do it and having it done correct!
