the Geek Squad was here on time and quickly mounted new 65" TV . Had another tv on the wall previously so mount was already on the wall.

The gentlemen who installed our TV were excellent. Very positive, helpful, provided good information about the TV and it's setup and how to use it. They even checked back twice to see if everything was ok.

The Geek Squad tech, Sean, is an ASSET to the Best Buy's Geek Squad team!!! He was extremely professional, thorough, and installed our TV with such great care. This is my first time using Geek Squad and honestly it has been a wonderful experience. Sean is also very knowledgeable about TVs, its setup, and associated settings. We has multiple questions and he answered all of them in detail. Sean knows his stuff. I was pleasantly surprised he knew so much. He even followed up with us to make sure we are having a great experience with our TV and everything is working per our expectations. Simply put, Sean is the BEST, and I MEAN, THE BEST, technician we have come across!! Best Buy, you need to give Sean a raise!! :)

Service window was 7 am to 1 pm. Geek squard arrived at 9:15 am. The two gentlemen were curtious, professional & knowledgeable. TV was hung and cleanup was done by 9:45. Very pleases.

The Geek Squad Guys installed my new TV on my existing stand & connected it perfectly to all my devices. They did an efficient & excellent job!

the guys are so knowlegible and they ask you and share their opinion on where they think it would be best stud wise. i have had three of these tv put in and have been very happy and would reccommend the geek squad

Had tv wall mounted,soundbar mounted right below and a small electronics shelf for Blu-ray player and Apple TV, they hid all the cables for a super clean look that exceeded my expectations! They were very friendly as well 10/10 would recommend!

The agents were polite and efficient, asking questions so that I got my TV mounted exactly the way I wanted!

I have always connected my new TV's but decided to let Best Buy do it this time and i am so glad i did. They delivered, unboxed, mounted, and connected the television, Receiver, DirecTV and Blu Ray and then showed me how to use everything. I would highly recommend!!!!
