The team did an outstanding job! I have very thin walls in my condo and they made a great sturdy mount.

We wanted them to hook up the TV directly to the router/modem with the Ethernet or HDMI (or whatever) cables that we BOUGHT from them, rather than having the TV on Wi-Fi only. They neglected that.... and they also neglected to hook up the flat "Air-TV-Antenna" thing that we also bought with the TV. We wanted everything done by them so if there were any issues we would know from the get-go. So the moral of the story is MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM DO EVERYTHING WHILE YOU WATCH, or they will take shortcuts!

It was an easy hookup, but the guys were very helpful with using the tv, helped me find where my password for my google network device might be in its settings, etc. It felt like my neighbor came over to help me out.

Geek Squad team came in and using the mount I provided attached my 65” TV to the wall. It took them less than 40 minutes to complete the job and they set up my remote along with my Apple TV streaming device in minutes. Very reasonable charge as I’m a member.

We received a call canceling the installation on the date of install. A few hours later the installers showed up anyway with our 65” tv laying on its side in a Honda Accord. Installation went okay, but the lead installer asked if we would dispose of the box. We declined, since that should be included with the installation service. Tipped anyway.

There is a reason you want this service. William was amazing, and provided great service and much value add to the purchase and experience.

Agent did a great job setting up my T.V. He was very neat a d explainec every thing he was doing. Took his time with me to make sure l understood what he was doing. He gave me his cell number, so if l had any questions or prblems with my T.V. he said he would help me. Best Buy went out of there way to make sure l was happy with my purchase.

The guys were really great!!! After they mounted the TV they got it set up so fast. It would have taken me all day to go through all the prompts. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

This was the most pleasant experience ever. BB has the best Geek Squad. Brody and Will were so good together. Work very well together.

Our Sony 65 in OLED was mounted above our fireplace. The Geek Squad technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They did and excellent job.

I appreciate all the extra efforts they’ve done to make this work as house were newly built but with few intrinsic flaws that posed issues with the Geek Squads! They put on their capes and they’d leaped HIGH!!!! You are AWESOME!

Initially had a hiccup with scheduling as I was told one date and the subcontractor didn’t show but after rescheduling, everything worked itself out. Amazing job!

% stars to the GEEK squad team that came by. Both were extremely polite, respectful and mainly made the job of mounting large tv as if it was like hanging a picture on the wall. They put things back where they belong n cleared the box n items.
