They recommended a better TV mount than I had and I agreed. The install was high quality and efficient. TV was set up after install. I was also amazed how Best Buy was on top of everything. This is the greatest tv wall mount that you could ever buy. It’s awesome because it holds up to a 95 inch tv so if I want to upgrade in the future to a bigger tv I can without buying another stand.

The installation of my 75 inch Sony was done to perfection. The two men were very friendly and efficient. They were knowledgeable in what needed to be done. They also hooked up my surround sound. Everything was done to my satisfaction before they left.

Super knowledgeable. Had me return a soundbar mount because it would add to much weight on the tv so they did not recommend.

Two Geek Squad guys showed up on time with everything that they would need to hang my new 65" Hisense TV. The combination of the boxed TV and the Sanus full motion wall mount would have been pretty overwhelming for one person, but I was impressed just watching them work. Once the TV was up on the wall, one of the "Geeks" set about syncing my streaming services with the new TV and making sure that everything was satisfactory with me. Great, great, service.
