The guys were excellent and made quick work of installing the TV above our fireplace, well worth the money IMHO

TV was delivered and mounted above the fireplace. The TV head replaced was connected in the guestroom. Good service.

Agents installed all my devices. Explained the "how tos" so that we nontechnical people could understand.

The Tv is great but we already new the sony brand as a reliable and great product. The installation was perfect. The young man from the Greek squan was perfect . He knew exactly was he was doing and was quick to install . I highly recommend him.

They did quick and complete job of setting up my old plasma tv in this new stand and answered my questions.

My installation was timely and efficient. He called with updates, he called the night before to confirm, he gave a very accurate time estimate when in route and on top of that, friendly, professional and honest. I am very happy with this decision.

Devon and Eric did an awesome job in mounting my new TV. They were finished very quickly but still took the time to get it set up and explain the basics of the tv to me. Great job guys!

In depth questions before they made the delivery so they can plan accordingly. I received a call with plenty of heads up and they made sure everything was setup how we wanted it.

The technicians showed up ahead of schedule for the installation. they were helpful in providing information about the mount I selected, both pro and cons of its use. Installation was fairly quick without any problems. TV was not perfectly level, but i can live with it.

The agent mounted my new TV, and set up everything for our viewing. He was helpful in explaining our set-up.

I had the cables already routed through the wall. The 75” TV when mounted above our fireplace had an inch of space above, below and on each side. They got it properly centered in quick time. I took it from there.

Love the versatility of this wall mount! The geek squad installer didn’t awesome job and he was a very friendly and informative technician. Showed me a lot of what I can do with this TV. I definitely would recommend the TV and wall mount.

Two things I was disappointed with the installation. The first is that the installation technicians took my packaging box with them after I asked them not to. They initially put the box behind my sofa and when they left I didn’t notice that they took it with them. I really wanted it for future transportation purposes. The second issue was that the technicians didn’t start the mounting screws by hand before they used an impact drill to speed the tightening of the screws, which I question if using an impact drill is a good idea. Hopefully, when I upgrade this product in the future the screws and internal nuts aren’t cross threaded. My trust and excitement disengaged my reasoning and responsibility.

Geek Squad arrived on time and treated my home as they would their own. The crew was very friendly and professional. All care was taken installing my large 85” tv. They recommended a better TV mount than I had and I agreed. The install was high quality and efficient. TV was set up after install. I was also amazed how Best Buy was on top of everything. Glad I chose the installation package.

When the Geek Squad arrived (on time) he was not aware that the TV needed to mounted on my wall. His instructions only said TV set up in home on TV stand. He made a phone call to correct the issue and ultimately mounted the TV on my wall with no issues. Very pleasant and did a great job.

Knowledgeable, hard/fast working, neat and everything done perfectly! Very pleased with all aspects of the installation process!!
