Excellent Service - Came in setup Tv Made sure everything was setup as we requested Answered All Questions

This was my first time using the geek squad they were punctual, they mounted my 65 inch TV on my wall, it was an excellent job, l would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family

The agents installed my wall mount and the tv. They completed the work quickly and set up the tv and showed us how to work everything.

Agent removed the old TV and using the using the existing mount mounted the new TV on the wall with no issues

Initially had a hiccup with scheduling as I was told one date and the subcontractor didn’t show but after rescheduling, everything worked itself out. Amazing job!

The guys were great but suggested that their might be an issue with the main HDMI cable to the TV. This has not yet been an issue but since this is a separate and vital part to the TV, I probably would have leaned towards replacing it if the tech installing my 65" TV had a concern about it. Kind of like the mechanic for your car mentioning that the "car may not start every time but you seem to be good to go now". I trust that if I do have issues down the road the Geek Squad will stand by their work.

Brandon Hunter and his guys did a fantastic job mounting and connecting my new tv. They were very friendly and very professional. They worked very well together as a team and walked me through everything even the tricky remote. Thanks GS!

I was concerned with not mounting my new TV correctly. I’v heard tales of TV’s falling and ruined walls, so I decided to go with the Geek Squad. I was not disappointed. Very professional, answered all of our questions, and was finished in a timely fashion.

Justin and his assistant came to my home to mount 2 tv's and connect all of my cables. They did an excellent job and were very professional and helpful with making sure that I was completely satisfied.

The tech kept us up-dated on arrival time. He had everything he needed and installed the TV. He was very neat, asked if we had any questions and wished us a good day. Very professional and proficient.

On time appointment. Very personal delivery and setup. They even moved heavy furniture back in place.

The mount I had purchased would not have worked well for the installation site. The installation crew recommended another mount that they had available on the truck and installed it. They addressed all our concerns and were professional. We were happy with their service.

Tv is great. I had one installed by total tech and it went smoothly. Got a second one for another room. A third party came & they were terrible, he said he couldn’t mount the tv so I had to do it myself.

Agents were both professional and friendly! Did a great job setting everything up. Very patient with me in explaining operation. Great crew!
