Great installers. On time. Took down old TV. Removed old bracket. Installed new bracket and television. Neat, clean, professional. Carted away old tv.

They had to get a new item to install on the wall I just didn’t have the time to go over the product and turned out to be much more expensive than the original product

Guys were on time, very professional and super helpful. TV went up on the wall right where I wanted it in no time. Super glad I didn't try to install it myself.

My tv was mounted on the wall. They connect my tv to dish network and WiFi. They also set up my dish network remote to work with the tv. They ran through how to operate the tv and answered all my question.

The agents were knowledgeable and thorough about what was needed to hook up my TV, Dish, Blu-ray player and our Bose unit. Don't do it yourself, let the professionals handle it for you.

2 very nice guys came with our television. One of the men name was Chris. Set the TV just perfect. They kept my floors clean by putting on those funny booties & was happy to see that. Would recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you Gentlemen!!!.

The technologist was on time as promised, and functioned in a professional and efficient manner. The old TV was down and the new TV up within minutes. They gave advice with regard to accessing WiFi and cable hookups.

Geek squad was great, however a wire is hanging down from under the tv. Its just peeking out on the bottom. Im going to have to tape it to the tv

Not sure why I got a request to review this. My mount was already on the wall. delivery men only had to take down the old TV and put the new one on the mount.

The squad arrived on time and was prepared to mount the TV as well as remove the old TV. The mounting and config went smoothly. The removal of the old TV which was very heavy took time but it was well worth the investment.

Best Buy crew arrived on time. Set tv and cable and blue ray up, bundled wires so they were not noticeable and cleaned up. Then spent time going over features and gave some hints. Hooked up Netflix and Amazon. Couldn't have gone better.

The mount for my tv fits like a glove, it is wonderful for the price I paid for. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a great mount. Geek squad did an awesome job. Professional and courteous
