The agents really knew what they were doing setting up my new The Frame TV. It was much trickier than I could have handled. They were also a wealth of information about which speaker should go where and what other components I could use to get the ultimate movie experience. They were quick and efficient. Friendly and neat....you could not ask for more!

The Geek Squad was on time, very professional, knowledgeable in explaining the working of my new Samsung 4K TV. They were very fast in the installation, approximately less then an hours time, were I would have spend hours to make sure I was doing it properly.

Man, 4 guys came out to install the 100" tv and it was free! They did a great job and took away the packaging. No mess (just had to run vacuum for yiny debris; no big deal)
