The guess came around the time they told me and did a great job by making sure I was happy with everything. Gave good recommendations as well. Cleaned up pretty good as well. Wish they would be the ones that did all my installations.

The total tech guys mounted the tv with no priblem and cleaned up. Total tech pays off and are worth it.

I had the most outstanding experience having a Sony 55" BRAVIA XR A95L TV delivered, mounted and installed this weekend! My installers were Matt Hendrix and Mike Codello, and they went above and beyond to do a terrific job and make me happy with my new TV. Along with being knowledgeable and professional, Matt and Mike were warm, friendly and helpful in every way. I will request Matt and Mike to install every TV I every buy!

The TV mounting gave the agents a little trouble. The outlet for the TV was set in the top middle back wall right where part of bracket would go, Took a little work, but they got it installed. Looks fine on my wall.

Brandon arrived on time, and finished removal of old 85 inch Samsung & Installed 85 inch Sony in less than an hour. He did this all by himself. He was careful, courteous, and efficient. They should pay hime more money.

The agents mounted my new TV on y existing wall mount. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased.

I can't begin to say enough great things about Scott Z. and the crew. In addition to SZ and his cohort, a manager ("Lovely" Lidia) and another supervisor were also present as they did an excellent job of mounting my new LG 55" screen to the wall, set up the initial programming and I was on my way. They were courteous, friendly (brave, clean and....sorry, that's the Boy Scouts :]) and even gave me several ideas on which way to go when I start to think about sound (soundbar, center speaker, A/V, integrated amp. etc). I was initially blown away by the $200 cost but in the end, it was worth every penny for the expertise and peace of mind. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD.

Great team. They mounted one TV on the wall and both TVs were setup with the DVR and FHS. Very please, how professional and quickly they did their job. Very clean and neat setup. Bravo!!!

Everything was great but the price. It does not pay to have Geek Squad services like it used to. I probably will not renew.

Professional Installation. Quck and Easy. Worth the money

The installers went the extra mile when they connected my new TV and mounting device. They knew that I wasn't an expert in internet devices and they helped me through the connection process. They even figured out a way to connect the TV when we were a wooden stud short. The TCL TV has great color. This is the second one I have purchased.

I purchased this TV for about $200 and it is amazing. The remote is better than my Sharp TV with Roku as far as quality. It has thinner border, crisp picture quality, and the remote is better. I have not had this TV for a year yet, so we’ll see if it has the durability that it looks like it will have on the outside of the casing. Geek Squad did a great job remounting this replacement TV.

Was installed promptly & professionally, works great..

The Squad member was prepared -- new TV needed longer screws for the wall mount and he had them in his truck! I was impressed. Knew exactly what was required and did the job promptly.

Steven, Kristyn and Kenny all worked well together to mount our 85” TV on the room wall and set it up with all the connections. They also put in a 4K HDMI cable and a cord cover kit.
