BB Tech Joe called ahead, arrived on time, did a super solo job on the 55” TV mount. Personable and efficient, he even helped us with some features of the set, a prior purchase at the BB store. Nothing but raves for this installation.

The team that came out was awesome. They showed up on time and installed two wall mounts without any issues. one of the installs was into a brick wall.

The TV was mounted and up and ready in a short time frame. All involved were super nice and helpful.

Very pleased with the installation of the Samsung TV. The 2 geek squad techs (James and Joe) were very knowledgeable, professional; careful how they handled my house and furniture, and did the installation quickly. They made sure everything was explained on using the new TV as well andr worked with the TV ( cable box, wifi, etc.). would highly recommend them.

agents mounted the tv in my bedroom. wanted to make sure the hight was perfect for us and made some suggestions on setup. they connected the apple tv and hid the wires completely. better than expected and great service.

This is a nice system, and the technicians who came were really friendly and considerate - cleaned up after themselves. My only negative is it doesn't obviate cables showing down near the floor, just from the TV to the floor. I misunderstood and instead should have had an electrician mount a box where I wanted this to land

The Technician Showed up early. He was very knowledgeable and quickly installed my Nest Doorbell Cam. Then, the Technician assisted me with loading the app on my phone, overall, I was extremely satisfied!
