The in home service was outstanding. The installation was a easy process. The company that came was J CADS Installation service and they was very professional and on time. Great choice best buy

I paid $200 to have the TV mounted, installed, and I thought hooked to my devices. Apparently a sound bar and sub do not count because there was an extra $50 charge for that. That was not mentioned prior to the installation even though I told them a head of time what all I had to hook up. Also kept telling me how crappy my mounting bracket was and trying to get me to buy theres even though I've used this brand for years. Granted this is a much larger TV, but the bracket is rated for it. My installers were knowledgeable and friendly however. They explained things as they were going and made sure to show me how everything worked. If something goes wrong in the next few years it could come in handy. If you know what you're doing probably just do the work yourself and save the money, unless you want the protection plan.

The technicians that came over to install my tv did a great job and hod no problem setting up my 85 inche tv

The Geek Squad technicians did an excellent job of installing my TV and doing wire management. Very professional and very neat and knowledgeable.

The agent mounted my tv bracket and programmed my tv. He was very professional and had the tv mount hung in 30 minutes. He did a very good job.

The agents wore protective footgear and masks, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up. My installation required install on a firewall with metal studs. The crew installed with no problem.

We did not have a tv mount and set-up. This is what the person on the phone when I made the appointment set it up as. We bought a large screen TV and had Geek Squad install and set it up 8 years ago. This recent appointment was needed to troubleshoot why we were not able to get our Prime, Netflix, or XBOX while we could get internet on our laptops and other items. Ramon and another gentleman from Geek Squad came out and got it all taken care of in about 30 minutes and also got us set up with Total Tech Support for all our electronics. We are very happy with them and their work ethic. We have been customers of Best buy for close to twenty years. Thank You.

They did a great job. I wanted to install the wires through my wall but the wall was not big enough. The installer explained everything and I understood. They did a great job installing my device.
