The personnel who installed the TV were very knowledgeable and courteous. Enjoyed discussion with them on various products. Overall they did a great job.

Jacob and Lamar did a fantastic job with the install and mounting of our TV, soundbar, and Nintendo Switch. The guys were quick, tidy, and professional.

Job well done. Brought the 75” TV home , installed it neatly, powered it on, demonstrated the various connection options. Connected Receiver and Roku and made sure everything worked. Took the box and left with no mess install.

The Geek Squad technicians were very professional when installing TV. Arrived on time, explained the features of TV, were patient explaining things to me and answering any questions I had.

The Geek Squad uninstalled a non - working tv and installed and mounted the new tv with no wires hanging as was my original expectation from my in store purchase with Best Buy three weeks after original purchase. They worked well together as a team and got the job done, but charged an amount that I was told I would not be required to pay any additional fees.

Directions were easy to understand, and it was easy to set up.

The techs that arrived were amazing. They were knowledgeable and all around friendly. They did amazing work and next go around I hope i get the same team.

I found out how good the installation was is when we moved from the house where the TV was installed. Could not get the bracket down it was so secured to the wall. Well worth the money.

“Wishy Washy” on types of services rendered. Inconsistent. The television was mounted according to location I request. He offered to install something for a means of getting TV to electric outlet. Why didn’t he set up the Roku, when asked? I am handicapped, can’t walk.

First mount sold by store would not allow the tv to set upright. Never told about a better mount. After poor review the Geek squad remounted the tv using this mount. It is wonderful.

big tv difficult at best by yourself, let alone getting it home. guys did a great job

The guys brought a 75" TV up a flight of stairs with no issues. They installed the TV and took away the box. They also configured the wifi and apps.

GS did a great job with making sure my home was cleaned, product was cared for, they showed me how things worked, and they made sure it was in the right spot for watching tv.
