The agents did an excellent job doing exactly what I asked of them. They were careful with the 75 inch tv, worked with the sound system until it was balanced and cleaned up afterward.

On the day of delivery two men came in and quickly mounted and setup my new TV. I was told to use my Roku because the TV itself would be cumbersome and I am happy for this advise. I would not have been able to mount a TV this large on my own.
