The workers who came to my home to mount it were courteous and professional. They set up my tv and mounted it perfectly. I could not be happier!

Received my TV 15 days late as the first time around the technician was a no show. This was a pure inconvenience as it resulted in multiple back and forth and considerable delays because Best Buy/Geek Squad failed to effectively manage their team. Do not accept service via their third party team. That being said, the guys did a great job installing my TV and the store owner made it right and refunded the install.

The agents were thoroughly professional and took their time making sure everything was done correctly.

The two technicians that came to our home were named Roy and Lance from the Destin, Florida store's Geek Squad. They removed the inoperable 65" TV along with it's precarious mounting system. They installed our new 75" television on it's superior mounting system, and secured the whole ensemble better than it was prior to their arrival. They also insured that our new television, ROKU and audio system all worked together seamlessly. Thank you Geek Squad for these two technicians.

The team was just awesome. They problem solved, connected, made sure it worked, double checked, and made sure we could use it effectively. We can't say enough about the positive experience we had with the team.

Geek squad modified my one of the Tv mounting devices and installed the other premium without incident. However, connecting devices through Armstrong was a challenge for them.

The Geek Squad installer was very professional. Did a neat job and clean up. He took the time to walk me through the set up of the TV, which I purchased at the same time as the installation. Highly recommend their services.

We had our 55" Smart Tv scheduled for a install and purchased the mount ahead of time. The delivery was on time and the Geek Squad Tech was knowledgeable. Our studs happend to be spaced 24" apart on center rather than 12". Long story short the 18" full motion tv mounting system that we purchased wouldn't work. Instead of having us take the mount back, The Tech advised us that he could mount it on a wall that had cement behind the studs. He allowed us to move the bedroom furniture around and installed the tv. Great Experience and show of customer service!

The geek squad showed up looked at the space and tv and did some measuring and that was pretty much it. Once they measured they drilled a few holes and mounted the tv and they cleaned up afterward. Fast and professional.

If you can mount a TV, do it. Wish I would have a long time ago. Team that did this was awesome also. Put it up, tied the wires and cleaned afterwards. Recommend Best Buy for this.

A must for wall mount installed TVS. The techs are professionals and they install TVs all day long and knows their stuff.

The installer came in and installed the mounting bracket and Sony television very quick and did a great job! Luis has worked at my house before and has always done a great job!

The geek squad member did a fabulous job setting up my tv. He explained everything, asked for my opinion and mounted the tv perfectly. I don't see any cables or the wall mount.Well worth it. I'm glad I had the geek squad do this for me.

Great job! The geek squad had to pull the cable behind the wall from the tv to the receiver. This was a difficult task and they did a great job. Plus they installed the Wall mount and TV

The install went very smoothly and quickly. Excellent experience. Very pleased with the service. Wall mounting a 75 inch television is not something I was prepared to do by myself.
