The agent did a good job and installed my product wonderfully.

We wanted to get our TV mounted above our fireplace. I am not super handy when it comes to home projects. The technician was able to get the TV mounted in less than an hour and very happy with the results.

It was pretty easy to have our mount placed on our neutral color painted wall. The swivel and tilt aspects are really handy to adjust it to our view. The installer made the setup so easy.

The installation of two Television sets was adequate but setting the TV’s up was not so great. Had to and have Geek squad to come to set up the televisions.

The total tech crew performed a marvelous job installing R2 new televisions and associated audiovisual equipment to support it. This was a complicated setup as it involved replacement of our cable modem router 4K television indoor and outdoor units. Also needed to include cable modem connection as well as streaming support for our outdoor television. Cables were routed efficiently and cleanly through the walls though I did have power connections available prior to their arrival. The team is very knowledgeable with their product and helpful with set up.

Showed up on time and very professional. They could not be more helpful when setting up the TV and explaining everything. Cleaned up the mess and did not leave until they were sure I was confident in using my new tv
