Theses installers did not mess around and had everything installed within working within 45 min.

Young and know it all is great till your old and smarter and young and know it all put in your investment right OR BB makes it right! I had four put in and right! and did not have to supply any beer when done !

My TV was being mounted a little high on the wall for one person to do it alone. The technicians were top notch and did a great job.

The Geek Squad installed my Samsung Frame TV. They were very efficient and courteous. They made certain all my apps were loaded correctly and I had access to them. I couldn’t have been more happy.

Yesterday Rick & Victor arrived to install, test and show us how to use our new 65" Sony Bravia TV. It is absolutely fantastic with superior color, resolution and sound! These two gentlemen were prompt, extremely courteous, and could not do enough to make this a very pleasant event. They went out of their way to give us several advance notices about their pending arrival that day. This has been our best experience in our many years with Best Buy, and we look forward to future support, if needed, from the Geek Squad. Please express our sincere thanks to these two gentlemen.

They did a great job, everything was connected and worked fine. The folks were very polite and helpful and removed all the packing materials, etc. I’d recommend them.

The agents did a fantastic job of mounting the tv. They set up the cable remote and spent time showing my mother how to use the remote.

The guys came in and knew exactly what to do. They were professional, kept things in order and finished very quickly. Great service!!!!

The installation was totally worthwhile, and the Geek squad did a great job. However, I was not told by the store that there would be an extra cost to hide all of the wires, so I had to pay a fair bit more to get this done.

Agents arrived on time and carefully changed out the old tv for the new 65 Sony Bravia. Patiently answered all our questions about different functions etc.

This was the first time I’d ever used GS for a home install and I would definitely recommend! They were on time and professional every step of the way including showing how to use my TV and new remote.

Overall, very impressed with the set up and mounting of my new TV. The people who came out knew their stuff and were respectful and very pleasant. They were excellent. The only negative was the sound bar mount. Unfortunately, the mount I ordered was not available at the time of set up. I would have thought that with an appointment all the inventory would be available. Since I didn't want to have them come out again, I purchased a mount they had in their vehicle, which was more expensive than my original order.
