Mr. TYRONI the tech was knowledgeable , respectful, understandings of my lack of knowledge in smart TV, gave a great turturiel on the subject. Cleaned up asked me questions, made sure I was happy with my purchase. Tested everything once , twice, left me a small quick sheet to remember things. The agents attached my 60 inch tv to the wall. They knew what they were doing - went right to work - and were in and out in no time. Thank you for the geek squad!!

These 3 were very professional. The lead installer was very knowledgeable. All were friendly. Lifting this 130 pound, 98" tv onto the wall is never easy, and it's want easy this time. I had an Amazon install a month before (that tv was defective) and the geek squad were 5 stars compared to 2 stars for Amazon.

The young men from Geek squad were so efficient, friendly and were here right on time. They did their job and showed us how to do the remote and all the features on the TV.

They came set up. The TV was pleasant. I had no problems.
