The agents installed two TV for me this year and connected all components with great ease. They went out of their way to preform what I needed done. Way to go I could not have asked for better service

The two techs that installed the TV are amazing. Hard working and having fun while doing the work. These two guys made my wife feel at ease while being home alone with two strangers.

The team came in a timely manner. They mounted and set up the new tv for us and took the old one away.

Terrible customer service. I purchased security cameras for home with installation. The first time someone came out to install the cameras they were from a third party vendor. Why??? I have total tech. The next time they came out to install they didn't have the proper equipment. Friday I got a email canceling my install. To date nothing has been installed. I'm returning the cameras a closing my account. This is the way you treat customers that been with you for over 20 years?

The mounting kit works great. The TV is mounted above the fireplace and the tilt on this mount is perfect for viewing purposes, from all over the room. Although I did not personally install it, it appeared to be easy to setup.
