Gave general suggestions about set-up and then paid attention to my decisions and made sure to set it up how I wanted. Then walked me through everything after the set-up to make sure I understood all the features.

Agents were great. Had issues with Amazon Prime app after they left thou. [Note: Installation fee quite expensive for a 30-min or less install time.]

The Geek Squad installed my Frame TV above my fireplace. It was a tricky job because they were installing on a tile wall. Maleek made it look easy!

I would rather have Geek squad installation than Third party installer. It would be considerate if Best Buy give this decision or option up to the customer who make the purchase.
