I should have looked at the work better, but when you pay for “professional service” you expect professional service. That’s not the case anymore, I’ve been wanting to install my soundbar and decided to see where the tv mount lag screws were at, that’s when I noticed the very “professional” install. It me of the bolts is not mounted flush not even close like an inch worth of lag screw hanging out and the bolt above it seems like it’s being dragged down by the weight, do not hire these people. This install is absolute garbage. To think I was eventually going to hire them to mount my sound bar and install the outlet behind the wall to hide all the cables but with garbage install I don’t think so. The fact we were having a conversation and they acted friendly towards me, to turn around and leave knowing that’s the garbage work you left behind for a paying customer.

Quick and easy set up of my TV and mount. Explained basic usage.

Quick setup, but was really no more than plug and play. They used to spend time walking through menus and adjusting settings for optimal performance but now just unpack, attach cables, and be sure there is power.

The guys who came were polite, wore shoe covers, set up my TV and mounted it to its bracket, made sure everything including my sound bar was working. Gave me a quick lesson on tv functions and the remote control Fabulous service

The installers were quick, polite and knew exactly what they were doing. They brought additional HDMI cables and an extra mounting bracket for me to buy (the original one I purchased did not fit the construction of the space). We will definitely be using Best Buy’s installation service for all future purchases, as necessary.

We’ve had a Samsung 65” LED tv before, but this LG G2 65” OLED has raised the bar so much, that it’s hard to describe. We love the Gallery function, the pointer/cursor and we paired our tv with an LG sound bar for an awesome experience! The Totaltech crew did such an amazing job, and we would highly recommend them again.
