Team arrived within window of four hours within the last hour would have hoped earlier but installation was done but removed an Apple TV box which I wish they hadn’t and have called for them to return to fix

The installation of the 75" TV in my sun room, along with the Klipsch speakers and Denon receiver was excellent and is performing beautifully. However, the 55" TV I purchased at the same time is still sitting on the floor waiting to be installed along with an Onkyo receiver. My cable service bill is for 2 TV's and I have only 1 operating for the past several months. Hopefully when the covid-19 restrictions are lifted, I will be near the top of the list to complete my installation. I already paid for the entire installation & components.....This project started in February and is fully paid for..........Thank you...Rolf Naumann

I purchased in home TV installation. On the day of my install I received a phone call that they will be arriving in 25 min to install my television. The two geek squad individuals arrived on time to my place of residence. A big thing for me is that they both wore shoe covers. I definitely appreciated that. They asked questions about my tv mount needs and requirements. After we select the right height the work began. After they installed the mount and placed the tv they briefly reviewed with me how to use the television. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They even had the option to purchase a surge protector while since I did not have one. It was an easy transaction. The entire install was about 35 min.

It really is a great personal time saver to have professionals do it. My install guys were great. Very personable, and full of helpful information about the new products being installed.

Michael gave great product recommendations as well as advice on the location of where to mount the TV. They even ran to a store to get us a soundbar mounting bracket as well.

The Geeks showed up on time to set up my TV, when they turned it on the screen had more cracks than Humpty Dumpty. They were able to set me up with a new delivery date quickly. When the new one arrived they went over the functions with me. Very Professional

the Geek Squad was super nice and did a great job installing the tv mount. They were friendly and answered all my questions. I love that they clean and tidy.
