The setup team and delivery squad were friendly and fast. They made clear what to expect and left my home tidy. They arrived on schedule and communicated to let me know when to expect them. The Geek Squad tech support and installation team is amazing! Quite possibly the best purchase I made aside from the OLED tv itself. The Geek Squad came to my residence to mount and set up my OLED for me so that it was ready to immediate watching, and if I ever move they will come remove my mounted tv, transport it, and remount/set up my OLED for free!! Amazing perks to this well worth it additional service.
