I had a wonderful experience with Geek Squad regarding their team mounting my TV above the fireplace. These guys were very respectful, thorough, professional, a joy to work with, and completed the job quickly. It was such a positive experience. I was a little nervous to have the TV mounted above the fireplace, but they knew exactly what to do, had all the tools necessary to complete the task, were knowledgeable, very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and respectful of me and my home. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad to anyone. Their team was awesome.

My experience with the geek squad for the first time was as expected and then-some! They came prepared and also had a mount for me for a second TV I decided to get mounted in my newly built apartment! The tech was very nice and accommodating. I even had an issue to where I noticed my soundbar was crooked and reached out to the Tech and he came back in-between appointment times to make it right! Highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad for any home TV/Theater mounting needs!

Geek Squad not only did a great job mounting my TV, but connected my DVD and my cable box with no problems. Everything worked great the first time I turned on the TV.

The agents were on time and set up my tv,attached feet and synched up tv to my entertainment equipment.

The installers went out of their way to find a solution for an issue we did not foresee. Also, they took their time to explain the remote and TV setup features.

Professionals, Courteous and Knowledgeable. The wall mounting of a 65" TV was done carefully. All connections from TV to receiver and peripheral's to receiver were accurately done. Sound system was tested. Universal pairing of cable remote to all devices also completed and tested for accuracy. No complaints and very happy with their service (3rd time this year using Geek Squad - all well done!).

The Geek Squad technician was very polite and professional. He arrived on time after calling me to let me know he was on the way. On arrival he was very respectful and was aware of what he was supposed to do. He removed the old tv, transferred the mount, and reinstalled the new tv and set it all up with the remote. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone needing new electronics or appliances.

The 2 installers were fantastic. The cleaned up well and made sure they explained what they were doing and how to use the new equipment.
