This is a great TV. The picture is crystal clear. I’m still learning all of the functions, but we love it.

The geek squad is awesome and amazing. They did an excellent job mounting my TV.

We had three different Geek Squad Installers for the process of installing one TV that we returned, installing a Denon AVR receiver, and installing the replacement TV. Two of the installers were excellent, but one installer talked down to us, made some questionable recommendations, and walked out without satisfying our needs with respect to operating the system.

John & Lou arrived on time. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They demo’d how to use the remote controls and how to traverse through it all. Being a female, this was everything. They answered all my addl questions which gave me all the comfort level to enjoy my new cool SAMSUNG 65” inch TV Q60B QLED. Best 200 I ever spent!! As always, the Best Buy staff that came to my home to install were the utmost professionals. They knew exactly what to do. Also, this is an incredible value when you realize everything included (please don't raise the price;) We were installing a 65 inch TV and the matching sound bar and sound mount. Glad I had purchased Geek Squad because there was a little balance issue at first that the Geek Squad handled so professionally and so easily. (I don't think they're called Geek Squad anymore).

The agent mounted my TV and put the cords through the back of the wallboard and connected it below to the electricity. Very neatly done and I am very pleased.

The workers kept me informed as to that location throughout the day and the time they will be there. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Great experience.
