The service provided by geek squad professionals highly exceeded my expectations! On time and reliable! They took an old defective tv off my wall and put a new one back up ! They leveled it and centered it just right always making sure I was happy with the way it looked and adjusting till it was 100% on the money. All thanks to total tech purchase! The agents showed up on time and replaced my existing non-flex TV mount with a new flexible mount frame. Now I can flex the TV out and up/down as well as swivel for a better view.

I was extremely pleased with the folks that installed my TV. I had purchased the wrong mounting bracket for use on a stone fireplace, and rather than tell me I would need to go get the right thing and they'd have to come back later, they actually went back to BestBuy to get the correct item. They then came back to my home and completed the job. Talk about customer serviced!!

I appreciated the work done by my Geek Squad technician, in mounting my TV. I already had the mount on my wall from a previous 55" TV, so that helped the technician get the new TV mount and the connections that much quicker. Afterwards, my technician was as helpful with helping me get this Smart TV up & running quickly. All has been working well ever since!
