EXCELLENT service by the crew who spent a great deal of time with helping us on what was for them a busy Saturday. Very friendly and professional (and knowledgeable, as well). Would HIGHLY recommend the Geek Squad service even over the TV!

The people that come out were great. Super nice and put the tv up very quickly.

The key thing here is that I have the annual TotalTech membership. That member ship costs up to $199 per year. This installation package itself costs $200, so if it basically pays for the membership. Delivery and install was truly great. Geek Squad assembled by mount (which I actually did not get from Best Buy), mounted it to the wall in studs, mounted the TV, and ran all the tests and checks on the TV. They were in and out in just under an hour. This was WAY worth the price of my TotalTech membership.
