No comment.No mounting done or needed I was charged $250.They nerely hooked up my tgcan wouldn,t give my debit card a credit.They mailed me a $50 gift card which I doubt I,ll ever use.

The Best Buy staff did a great job hanging my TV and bracket on my wall. They were curious and polite, and accommodating.

They came in and realized that the office did not have the sound bar to install but after calling the store , went and picked it up and installed. The picture and the sound are GREAT!

I had already paid to have my tv mounted when I bought the item. It was done poorly and in such a way that it blocked access to the cable box and electrical outlet once the tv was installed. I had to have a new cable box installed and had to run the electrical wire to an outlet near the floor. I don't know why you billed me an additional amount when the job wasn't done properly to begin with. I am not happy.

The agents mounted my tv and connected all of my devices! Also showed me some short cuts programming my favorite channels! I was totally satisfied with their work. They were so nice and patient with me. Answered all of my questions. Being 65 I am a little slow with all of this high tech equipment! lol. Thank you guys much for your patience and understanding! You guys rock.

The Geek Squad came to my home and professionally installed my 85 inch TV. The gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly individuals who took the time to do the job right!

The geek squad showed up on time and swiftly mounted my 50 inch tv to the wall. They took away my old tv to recycle along with all the packing material.
