This was the best experience I've had getting someone to come to my home and take care of something. The folks were professional, they communicated very well, and they explained how everything worked once I had my new 85" Sony TV, Sony 4k blu ray player, and Roku stream bar hooked up. They called the day before to let me know when they expected to arrive. They called the morning they were coming, and they worked quickly and efficiently. The Geek Squad team headed by Jeremy was absolutely Outstanding! I will forever be a Best Buy Customer now. They installed 3 TV's in our new home and took great care in placement exactly where we wanted. They spent time hooking up our cable and even programmed our apps on the TV's!
