    Great service, on time, very professional. These guys came and acuratly measured my wall and found the best placing for the best viewing level, and in like 40 min or less. From unpacking the TV to mounting it on the wall. Job came out great. thanks a lot geek squad.

    Thank you Geek Squad, very nice people felt like they were family. They explained everything to me, and also asked if I had any questions.. Excellent service and helped me alot, I'm 65 so not up on all tech stuff. But the setting for tv and soundbar is like I'm at the movies. And hung it right where I wanted it. Great job guys will recommend you to anyone that wants this service.

    The crew left 14 holes on my wall from probing. The studs were too far back far them to secure the mount to my wall, I told them to stop and I would buy a stand. I would like a painter to fill them in and smooth it out so I can paint over them. It was painful because the paint is $45/gallon. I want my wall looking good again please. The crew did a great job hanging my other tv. Overall the service was great.

    Worried about installation on a brick wall

    I was so impressed with the installation of my TV. The Service Man knew exactly what to do for he had to install it on a brick wall. I was worried about the process however he was so precise and accurate with the installation. It is truly a professional flawless job. I am certainly pleased.

    When will Best Buy come & fix my TV installation?

    I paid $250.00 for installation of my new 65" Samsung TV that was installed in the wall mount on 9/9/24 upside down and it is slowly sliding out of the mount. When the contract guys left they told me not to touch or move the tv. I checked the wall mount without touching it and saw that it was coming out of the mount. I called & made an appointment for it to be redone with a new wall mount & scheduled for 11/4/24. I called 3 times & was told each time they were on their way - THREE TIMES. I waited NINE hours. No call & no show. I made another appointment and they told me Mon 11/11/24. I called after several hours waiting for a call of what time frame they were coming. Then, I was told the guy was out sick and possibly out for a week and they would try to get someone to my house asap. About 30 min later I got a call and they hope another team will come (1:21pm). Again, no show & no call. I have taken pictures showing that it is close to falling. All the wires are in my wall and it will cause a whole lot of damage to my house when it falls. There are two big construction projects near my house and they are blasting rocks that shake my house and neighbor's houses. This shaking is causing the TV to slide further down from the stim with one small bolt holding it. In addition, one guy from the first team did not have a hand UNDER my old 55" TV as they lifted it up off of the wall mount and the TV came crashing down on top of my glass-top credenza. I was going to give that TV to my family as they are in need of another TV. But, that is out of the question because it is now destroyed. Does anyone at Best Buy care?? I am in my 80's and have lost total faith in Best Buy. What has happened to this once wonderful company that I have been buying all my electronic products from for many many years?

    The installers that mounted my 86” LG TV did a fantastic job. They had to do a frame-out in the book above my fireplace to support the weight of the TV. 5-star job! See before and after.

    What a great experience. Mat and his partner did a fantastic job. On time, polite, and the job was not easy. They handled problems calmly and in the end it was a successful mounting of our 65" TV. We are Really happy with the service. Plus the set the TV up and connected to our streaming services. Two thumbs UP
