Travis was great , very knowledgeable and friendly.

Installed mount and TV to the wall. Ensured that the mount was in well and the TV wouldn’t fall.

Geek Squad Premium TV Mounting (TV Connect and Setup) was awesome. Technicians were professional, friendly, and helpful. The install was done with very little damage to the walls.

They really installed my TV quick and fast. They just didn't take up the trash from the TV and installation, not sure because of the COVID but they did great.

The two agents were very professional and fid their job very well. They mounted the television on a brick fireplace without any difficulty!!

I actually had to have 2 visits to set up my TV properly. The first, techs set up tv with sound system, it worked for 10 minutes and quit. While they were trying to address the concern, one of the techs sat down in my recliner and played with his phone till it was time to leave. He seemed like he did not care about my concern. I called to get a redo and the second set of techs knew what they were doing. They tried different thing and finally arrived at a solution that was acceptable to me.

The young men entered my home, put on shoe covers and were respectful of my home and myself. They worked quietly and efficiently and explained how use the system. Asked if I had any questions and if I needed a review or practice run. They were professional.
