The techs let me know when they were arriving, were on time, and did a quick and great job.

The guys did very good job overall. Mounted smart our new 75" smart LG tv & got it logged in & set up to internet & streaming services . .&Gave us very brief overview on how it worked & the remote.. (Maybe would have like alittle help getting started with Google assistant that works only fait for us on this Tv, but overall they did great job with set up) Also hooked up LG 5.1.2 atmos sound bar via optical cable. LG sound bar sounded great on some setting, but very poor on Ai setting & other setting.- they had no insight as to why . They thought might be bad sound bar , so i exchanged for new one & same thing; ..but since good setting sound great, i overall happy with it . dolby atmos not impressive on this sound bar

The person that installed our tv was very professional and knowledgeable.

Works well, no complaints. Don’t know how easy to mount because I used the best busy service for installation (also recommend).

Profession and easy installation. Technician was very knowledable.

Team of installers arrived. Needed to have at least 2 for the size of the TV. Installer was familiar with the mount and installed it very quickly. TV is up and on wall. Worth the charge not having to do it myself.

The Geek Squad crew was great! They were very efficient and did a good job.

The guys that mounted our TV were quick and clean. I especially appreciated that they wore shoe covers in to our home to prevent tracking dirt inside.

The installation on Feb 23 by Steven Hand was excellent. He installed the 55 inch tv above my fireplace and centered it perfectly. I am very happy .

This was our 2nd purchase of a large screen TV, but we really jumped up from our old 52" Sony to a 75" Sony. The old and new TV's were wall mounted, and I wanted the assurance that if anything went wrong with the new TV that the Geek Squad would take the set off the wall if needed and take care of the repairs. The delivery and installation was flawless, and the crew assisted in connecting everything up to our existing home entertainment network. Cudos to the crew and Best Buy for offering this service.

The agents mounted my TV in no time and was helpful and courteous. The job was done in professional manner, but the only concern is about the price which is very expensive.
